What's included in my order?

Only the peptide vials are included in your order.
No additional supplies are provided.

SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping to the US.

How long does shipping take?

We ship Monday-Friday (and usually Saturdays!).
UPS is our standard shipping courier, but we accommodate other shipping methods upon request.
Orders placed before 1PM EST are shipped same day. Orders received thereafter will be processed and shipped the next day. During times of high order volume, it may take up to 48 hours to ship.

Is overnight shipping available?

This is normal. Once we verify payment has been received, your order status will change to ‘Processing’.
Order status change may take some time to reflect on your order after payment.

ORDERS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a shipping label free of cost to return/exchange the item.
A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product, typically within 5-7 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may be in time to modify or cancel your order. Please send us an email as soon as possible to support@verifiedpeptides.com, and include your order number so we can assist you.

My order status is 'On Hold', what should I do?

This is normal. Once we verify payment has been received, your order status will change to ‘Processing’.
Order status change may take some time to reflect on your order after payment.

QUALITY CONTROL

How do you verify your products?

Every peptide batch we receive gets sent to an independent third party testing lab to be analyzed and tested for identity, purity, and concentration.
All peptides are labeled with their corresponding batch number to match the lab report.

How can I check lab reports are genuine?

If you’d like to verify the authenticity of the lab report with the lab, you can visit https://janoshik.com/verify and enter the matching task number and unique key (all capital letters) found on each lab report.
